Twas A Night Alone Before Christmas When all through the house Not a creature was stirring Except one little mouse No children to snuggle All snug in their bed Just silence and tear drops And pain in my head. The man in my life Was out with a friend; And I thought the night Never would end. I sat on my bed Watching that little mouse And thinking that man Was really a louse. Then out on the porch There arose such a clatter I jumped up and ran To see what was the matter. It was just my man Coming home at three When I opened the door He smiled at me. "Merry Christmas" he said As he stumbled into the house. He slept Christmas Day While I sat watching a mouse. PLEASE REMEMBER THIS SEASON THAT THERE ARE THOSE OF US WHO DO LOVE YOU AND WOULD LOVE TO SPEND A CHRISTMAS WITH YOU INSTEAD OF YOU WITH A BOTTLE.
Thanks For Visiting
